DEPOSIT: Check or credit card deposit for $250 is due to secure reservation. Security deposit will be charged or cashed, but will be REFUNDED by check within 10 days after rental, less any expenses such as damage to property. Deposit is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation. Deposit may be applied to subsequent reservation within 6 months of original vacation date.

TOTAL: Complete rental, plus 11% Florida sales/tourist tax, is due 30 days before rental period and is non-refundable. ALL RENTALS WITH A CHECK-IN DATE AFTER APRIL 1, 2007, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A TOTAL SALES TAX RATE OF 12%. Payment includes check-in crew assistance and house cleaning.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By signing the agreement, you release the owners of responsibility for any personal injury or personal property damage that may occur while staying at our rental home. You are responsible for transportation to and from Little Gasparilla Island whether you use the boat taxi services or your own boat. No more than 1 boat belonging to your party can be parked at dock #86. At least one person staying on property for entire rental period is at least 21 years old. Party will not total more than 6 adults. You also agree to abide by the following Rules: No smoking in house. No unauthorized pets. Do not leave windows and doors open when using air conditioning. Conserve water so well won't run dry. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a loss of security deposit and you might be asked to leave the property.
